This includes pre-ceremony arrival photography, last minute bride and groom preparations, the wedding, departure images and wedding party shots prior to the reception. Time begins once we arrive at the ceremony site at the agreed upon time and ends once the guests depart seated ceremony location.  Time spent in excess of the three hour package will be billed at $60 per hour in 30 minute increments.

For those who prefer limited duration weddings we have crafted a package just for you.  Rather than charge our normal daily rate, we have adjusted our pricing to be far more favorable, but still offer the same deliverables as our full day package (other than fewer images).  With two photographers we'll be able to capture a good cross section of your wedding and reception even with the constraint of time. We'll attept to meet all of your needs and provide you with an exceptional imagery package. We will pre-arrange a starting time with the bride and groom depending on what they would like us to shoot and that will begin our four hours of shooting at that time.  Bear in mind that if we are asked to stay longer than the pre-arranged four hour duration we must prorate our services to the eight hour package rate.  This means that each additional hour beyond four hours is billed at $175 in 30 minute increments.

Our bundled wedding package includes up to eight hours of our time between pre-wedding, wedding and reception.  With two photographers and the element of added time we will focus on getting you those precious images of your special day in a fashion that captures a moment in time. If your wedding is in a structurally elegant facility and you want special images taken in a spiral stair case, for example, we will set up a time prior to the wedding (three hours before) when these shots will be taken.  Time spent in excess of the eight hour package will be billed at $60 per hour in 30 minute increments.  Meeting with the bride and groom weeks before the wedding will dictate the actual schedule we follow.

Private time with the bride and groom ( also knows as an engagement shoot) allows us to capture more intimate and romantic moments because we eliminate the hustle and bustle of the actual wedding day and are able to carefully and professionally stage photographs.  The objective is to enhance the wedding portfolio by capturing emotion, frolic, and closeness to reflect the building and culmination of a strong, loving relationship.  We would typically like to have the bride and groom wear their wedding clothing as well, so it might be necessary for the groom to reacquire a tux for the shoot and the bride to wear her wedding dress (if our clients choose).  Some scenic opportunities might be at the beach, a park or a cafe-type setting, but the bride and groom are sure to have their own areas that are special to them.  Usually, the couple already has theme ideas in mind so we can discuss this prior to booking a shoot. A $350 rate covers up to four hours of shooting.  Each additional hour is billed at $60 in 30 minute increments.

We often have clients who whish to have an engagement photo shot for their wedding.  In most cases they have a location in mind or prefer a simple backdrop. This saves time for everyone and we can usually finish the shoot in one to 1-1/2 hours.  This is why we can offer an engagement shoot for $125.  If the shoot becomes more involved and requires more than 90-minutes, the hourly rate is $60 per hour, billable in 30 minute increments. So to keep the shoot within the time allocation let's make sure to clearly outline your photographic and location needs days prior to the shoot.  The difference between this option and the staged bride and groom shoot is that the engagement shoot is for a single photographic print for display at your wedding.  The staged bride and groom shoot captures many scenarios of the bride and groom from around the city and they are delivered a CD with multiple imagery compositions which they may wish to print or include in their album.

One of the more elegant products we are proud to offer is our hard cover wedding books, which are beautifully printed with your wedding images.  This is a stylish way for which to view your wedding images in print and share your lasting memories with friends and family.  We offer two basic types of books: parent and bridal books.  Parent books are very similar to bridal books except that they are a bit smaller (7" x 7") and less expensive, while our bridal books are 11" x 13" and offer lots of extra space for additional images.  We offer two sizes of each book to accommodate the volume of final cut images from your wedding.  We do the design, layout & production while you are on your honeymoon!!  When you return you will have a beautiful printed montage of your wedding day.  All prices include tax and shipping.

Our high resolution CD includes all edited images in full color, sepia tone and black & white in TIFF and JPG format (3872 x 2592 - 240 resolution).  These file sizes are for print use meaning you may use them for printing up to a 20" x 30" enlargement.  These files are not email ready due to their large file sizes, but you may use them to make your own prints. Thus, purchasing this CD option typically means that you wish to manage your own print enlargements through your a lab of your choice. 

Rather than offer commonly expensive wedding print packages that force you to "fit" your selection into the package, we offer complete customization for print orders.  Our only caviot is that we have a $100 minimum order, which is paltry compared to $400 or $500 forced print packages.  You simply use your proof sheets to select any print size we offer and in any quantity for any image mix.  Simply put you create your own package by purchasing only what you want.  No need to order right away either.  If you need some time to save a few more bucks, just drop us an email when you are ready to order.  Afterall, once you contract with us you are a client for life.

(1) Sheet of four is for one image only.  You will get four of the same image.

(2) Certain print sizes don't accept the full image size from cameras and require parts of the image to be cropped in order to fit the print.  Therefore, images that are cropped will not contain the entire image.
